How much you need to eat as a bodybuilder depends upon your goals, to gain or loose weight?

As a guideline as a bodybuilder you have to eat food more often and eat more food, but of a cleaner fuel type.

You need to eat your 30 grams of Protein per meal - this is easy to achieve - and preferrably more. Aim at 50 grams a meal to be in as anabolic state as possible. Flood your body with natural Amino Acids to stop any muscle wastage through lack of food.

On top of your protein each meal you need to eat a reasonable amount of carbohydrates and some fats.

By eating only clean, natural, non-manufactured food stuffs you can pretty much eat as many carbs as you like without getting fat. Just keep your fat levels and sugars down and you can pretty much just eat whatever you please. Try as I might, I have never gotten fat eating as many Rolled Oats as I possibly could.

Fats need to be controlled, do not eat deep fried foods - this included french fries. Also limit your fried foods to those cooked in a very small amount of good oil (canola, sunflower, and my favourite olive oil).

If you eat a calorie ratio of 35% protein 50% carbohydrates and 15% fats I have found this the ideal growth percentages for myself.

ALSO you must eat as part of your carb ratio fresh fruits for all the numerous benefits that eating living, healthy fruit can give you.

ALSO on top of this you need to eat Vegetables even those that do not have many calories.

What is the use of being a huge bodybuilder if you feel and look like crap all the time from multiple dietary deficiencies?

And NO a vitamin tablet is not a replacement for natural foods. In case you did not know many vitamins are manufactured into useless compopunds that your body is not able to utilise. Vitamins from natural sources have none of these issues.
